Cancellation Policy
By booking a therapy, the client acknowledges that the treatments offered are complementary therapies and do not replace professional medical care. The client assumes full responsibility for their well-being during and after the therapy and releases the therapists and the center from any liability for unexpected reactions or effects. Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult their physician before receiving any treatment.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked date. There will be no deposit refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session. Date changes are allowed within 48 hours prior to the event.
