New Moon Ceremony: Temazcal + Cacao + Live Music

This monthly event, carefully designed as a profound Healing experience, integrates the ancestral therapy of the Temazcal, the healing properties of ceremonial Cacao, and live medicine music to elevate consciousness.

Benefits of Each Element:

• Temazcal: Entering the womb of Mother Earth allows for detoxification, release, and the restoration of the natural balance of the Being, in all its bodies. This traditional steam bath offers not only physical purification but also mental clarity and emotional equilibrium, promoting renewal and well-being.
• Cacao: When used ceremonially, cacao allows its qualities to expand the heart. In addition to its delicious taste, cacao stimulates the release of endorphins, enhancing feelings of joy and deep connection with oneself and others, fostering empathy and opening the heart.
• Medicine Music: Awakens your consciousness by activating ancestral fibers in the memories of your body, recalling the true essence of life. Together we create an atmosphere that ranges from meditative states to joy and inner peace.

What to Bring?

✅ Insect repellent. 

✅ Bottle of water. 

✅ Swimsuit (Women with a pareo, skirt, or dress on top.) 

✅ Towel to dry off after the temazcal. 

✅ Facial towel inside the temazcal. 

✅ You can bring a sarong or towel to sit inside the temazcal. 

✅ Dry and comfortable clothes for the cocoa ceremony.

Optional:

✅ A candle. You will turn it on before entering the temazcal, and you can put your intention paper below. 

✅ Something to sit on during the cocoa ceremony: Yoga Mat or Pillow.

Preparation for the Temazcal:

• Stay hydrated throughout the day.
• Eat light your last meal latest 2 hours before the temazcal.
• Bring flip-flops and a dry towel, as well as warm clothes because at night it can be cold.
• In the event that a woman is menstruating, please notify in advance.

Ceremonia de Luna Nueva: Temazcal + Cacao + Sanación Sonora

Descripción del evento:

Abre tus sentidos, explora los elementos en ti e intenciona nuevos proyectos. 

Este evento mensual, cuidadosamente diseñado como una experiencia de Sanación profunda, integra la terapia  ancestral del Temazcal, las propiedades sanadoras del Cacao ceremonial y la música medicina en vivo para elevar la consciencia.

Beneficios de cada elemento:

• Temazcal: Entrar al vientre de la Madre Tierra, permite desintoxicar, liberar y recobrar el balance natural del Ser, en todos sus cuerpos. Este tradicional baño de vapor ofrece no sólo purificación física sino también claridad mental y equilibrio emocional, promoviendo la renovación y el bienestar.
• Cacao: Trabajado de manera  ceremonial, permite que sus cualidades expandan el corazón. Además de su delicioso sabor, el cacao estimula la liberación de endorfinas, potenciando los sentimientos de alegría y conexión profunda con uno mismo y los demás, favoreciendo la empatía y abriendo el corazón. 
• Música medicina: despierta tu consciencia activando fibras ancestrales en las memorias de tu cuerpo, recordando la verdadera esencia de la vida. Juntos creamos una atmósfera, que va desde estados meditativos, de alegría y paz interior.

¿Que traer?

✅Repelente de insectos.

✅Botella de agua.

✅ Traje de baño (Mujeres con pareo, falda o vestido encima.)

✅Toalla para secarse después del temazcal.

✅Toalla facial dentro del temazcal.

✅Puedes traer un pareo o toalla para sentarte dentro del temazcal.

✅ Ropa seca y cómoda para la ceremonia del cacao después del Temazcal.

Opcional:

✅Una vela. Lo encenderás antes de entrar al temazcal, y podrás poner tu papel de intención debajo.

✅ Algo para sentarse durante la ceremonia del cacao: Yoga Mat o Pillow.

Preparación para el Temazcal:

• Manténgase hidratado durante todo el día.
• Coma ligero en su última comida como máximo 2 horas antes del temazcal.
• Puedes traer una toalla para sentarte dentro del temazcal.
• Llevar chanclas y toalla seca, además de ropa de abrigo porque por las noches puede hacer frío.
• En caso de que una mujer esté menstruando, por favor avise con antelación.
